Well, it was an enjoyable stay for the awesome vacation. The entire stuff was thoughtful and proactive. Got ironing free of charge, not bad too. It had brilliant and handy location, very close to centre, Dublin and Croke Park.

Proximity to Croke Park, comfortable and spacious rooms, warm and inviting lobby
Check-in confusion definitely added stress!!! Noise levels from the bar area and hallway made it hard to relax after a long day!!!

Highly recommended. hotel is beautiful, very comfortable. rooms are very comfortable and bathroom is new, clean and very spacious. staff is friendly, especially Mateo who speaks Spanish, helped us a lot with the tourist information. They offer free water at the entrance and exit, surprised us very pleasantly. parking is super comfortable, covered and free. It has a restaurant and a bar with a very nice terrace. It's in front of a sports stadium, it's no problem. day we arrived there was a match and street was cut off for cars, we asked the policeman how to get in and surprisingly they had the list of all the hotel guests and they lifted the fence for us to pass.
It is a little far from the center, although you can walk about 25 minutes, it is a pleasant walk. We also drove downtown one day and were able to park without any problem. The tourist bus has a stop at the door of the hotel.

Nice hotel at an ok location, very comfortable beds...
No wireless at the rooms, only at the lobby, big downside for me... There was an awful smell from the bathroom... was charged for breakfast but the staff made a mess with my charge and it didn't appear at the dining room list... embarrassing...

The service was awful I had to ask 5 times for a cot for my 4 month old baby she was sleeping in my arms by the time they eventually brought it up. We were also told desserts were free with our meal when we paid this was not the case. We recently stayed in the holiday inn Belfast much better level of service and more family orientated for half the cost.

The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable work trip. The staff were attentive and even provided a complimentary coffee in the morning, despite not opting for breakfast. The secure underground parking made it easy for me to leave my car overnight without concerns.

Our room was comfortable but the bathroom was spotless. I havent seen bathroom facilities so clean before! The parking facility was excellent and the breakfast extremely good--great selection. Security, especially in lifts, because of the card system, was welcome.

The hotel experience was fantastic from start to finish. We arrived early and fortunately the room was ready and we didnt have to wait arond for the expected check in time.Check in staff extreeemly friendly and professional. Had a light bite to eat in the cafe? bistro food tasted great, excellent value for money for the sandwiches. The room itself was luxurious couldnt find a fault with it. Didnt have breakfast the next morning so cant comment on it.But did manage to sample the gym and it was great. Complimentary bottles of water on leaving a great idea to quench the thirst.Overall a 10/10.

Family of 2 adults and 2 teenage boys.Stayed for 2 nights in a family room.Hotel was modern, room was very clean, staff friendly and helpful, and hotel location was very convenient for city centre. Cost of room was reasonable and car parking was secure and FREE. Would recommend staying here, and we would stay here again ourselves.
Breakfast was optional but would have cost 14.95 euro each and for a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers just too expensive.Walked into city centre each morning and had breakfast there for 1/3 of the hotel price.
